The use of this store implies the acceptance, without reserves, of the conditions of use.

Prices

All the listed prices are without VAT included.

The prices and product details can be changed without any warning in advance.

Payment Methods

The available payment method is:

  • Bank Transfer

The order is paid in advance by bank transfer to a bank located in Portugal.

The bank transfer should be made only after we confirm the availability of all the items ordered.

In the wire transfer description the customer should indicate the order number.

We ship the goods after we receive the funds in our account.

This payment method is accepted worldwide.

  • PayPal/Credit Card

This payment method is only available for some countries and it will imply a fee for associated administrative costs.

Shipping

The expedition is subject to the payment of a handling/freight charge.

The handling/freight charge is according to the parcel volume, weight, delivery address and total amount.

The shipping method presented during the checkout can be changed by another equivalent, if deemed most appropriate for each type of parcel.

This charge is automatically calculated and shown to the customer before he confirm the order. In case of the customer does not agree with any of the amounts shown he can cancel the order at any moment.

The transport time depend on the parcel characteristics, type of service and delivery address. It can take from 1 to 15 working days.

The maximum answering time to orders is 2 working days with exception for vacation period.

Guarantees

All the products in this shop are fully covered by the manufacture guarantee in the terms of the law.

All the product images are merely illustrative and may make minor changes to the product available.

If a customer receive a faulty product he must immediately inform our customer services in order of we can provide the replacement.

Any communication about a faulty products must be done using the contact us form.

Exchange/Returns

If the customer is not satisfied with his purchase, he may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 14 days.

On products supplied by special order, no exchange or return will be accepted.

For exchange or refund must request a Return Authorization by written to our customer service.

All the products must be in same condition as there were received, including packing and labelling. All return are subject to inspection.

All the returns must be delivered at our address packed in a outer shipping carton with a valid Return Authorization number written on the outside of the shipping carton.

The products should be delivered at our address at customer expenses.

A copy of your original invoice must be included in your returned package. 

In case of refund it will be processed within 8 working days after receiving and inspecting the products.
